A Sacred Passing offers classes in the community about how to write your own Death Plan. We can also personally help you write this document in a one-on-one appointment. The Death Plan is designed to tie all your other legal documents together in a cohesive plan that your medical team, friends and family can understand and follow with ease. This is where you get a chance to let your unique personal life inform and color your dying and death.

A Sacred Passing staff can also help review and possibly revise your current Advanced Care documents, and provide information and support for those choosing Aid in Dying or Voluntary Stopping of Eating and Drinking
