The mission of the Pacific Northwest Hospice Foundation is to fulfill the unmet needs of individuals and families in the communities we serve. Any person, of any age, who is currently receiving hospice treatment and has a wish, is eligible.

A Wish Recipient can be referred by a social worker, a care giver, a family member, friend, medical professional or by themselves. If you, or a loved one, has need of a Gifted Wish we encourage you to apply for assistance.  Visit the Pacific Northwest Hospice Foundation website for more details and an application form.
