Agency: Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center

While conflict is natural and common, it can sometimes be challenging to resolve on your own. People use mediation as an affordable, efficient, and effective process to engage directly with each other, aided by a neutral, professional third party. Mediators uses facilitative, interest-based process to assist parties in creating their own agreements which address the interests of all parties involved. Anyone involved in a conflict in which both parties are willing to come to the table can use mediation. The WDRC is a nonprofit operating on a sliding-scale.
